Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere within the dispensary.

- Provide personalized assistance to customers in selecting cannabis products based on their specific medical needs, preferences, and experience.
- Offer accurate and detailed information about the products, including potency, dosages, terpene profiles, cannabinoid ratios, and potential therapeutic effects.
- Stay updated on the latest research, medical studies, and developments in cannabis to provide informed recommendations to customers seeking medical benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local and state regulations pertaining to the sale of cannabis products, including any specific guidelines surrounding medical cannabis.
- Conduct efficient transactions using the point-of-sale system, adhering to security protocols and maintaining customer privacy.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, ensuring properly displayed and labeled products.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals while prioritizing customer satisfaction and education.
- Continuously engage in self-learning and attend training sessions to enhance knowledge of cannabis products, medical properties, and responsible usage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and sales within a cannabis retail environment, with a focus on medical cannabis.
- Thorough understanding of cannabis products, including various strains, extracts, edibles, and consumption methods, as well as their medical benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, active listening abilities, and a talent for providing personalized guidance and recommendations to customers seeking medical relief.
- Familiarity with local and state laws and regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products, especially as it pertains to medical cannabis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic math skills for accurate calculations and transactions.
